Hi everyone,
been a while since the last time I updated my blog. of course i will not give you guys up :] So here below i gave you guys 10 steps how to exercise your eye muscles :]
in addition, i put up a skin care type for those who have acne @ Skin Care page.
**10 Steps of Eye Muscles Exercise for Computer Operator
For those who working hours on end in front of computer, eye muscles fatigue is inevitable and here is the remedy !
- Relax your eyes by slowly close your eye lids
- Wink fast and repeatedly
- With head straight, glance to the farthest left – 10 times
- With head straight, glance to the farthest right – 10 times
- Glance up the ceiling, alternating with down the floor – 10 times
- Glance at your far left eyebrow, and slowly shift to your right cheeks – 10 times
- Glance at your far right eyebrow, and slowly shift to your left cheeks – 10 times
- Turn your eye balls in circular motion, clockwise and anti-clockwise – 10 times
- Close your eyes, meditating your inhale and exhale until your eye muscles relax
- Place your index finger over each eyebrow, knead the brow and around the eye socket to ease the muscles.
These 10 steps are effective so try them out :]
