Hi everyone,

been a while since the last time I updated my blog. of course i will not give you guys up :] So here below i gave you guys 10 steps how to exercise your eye muscles :]

in addition, i put up a skin care type for those who have acne @ Skin Care page.

**10 Steps of Eye Muscles Exercise for Computer Operator

For those who working hours on end in front of computer, eye muscles fatigue is inevitable and here is the remedy !

  1. Relax your eyes by slowly close your eye lids
  2. Wink fast and repeatedly
  3. With head straight, glance to the farthest left – 10 times
  4. With head straight, glance to the farthest right – 10 times
  5. Glance up the ceiling, alternating with down the floor – 10 times
  6. Glance at your far left eyebrow, and slowly shift to your right cheeks – 10 times
  7. Glance at your far right eyebrow, and slowly shift to your left cheeks – 10 times
  8. Turn your eye balls in circular motion, clockwise and anti-clockwise – 10 times
  9. Close your eyes, meditating your inhale and exhale until your eye muscles relax
  10. Place your index finger over each eyebrow, knead the brow and around the eye socket to ease the muscles.

These 10 steps are effective so try them out :]
