been a while since the last time I updated my blog. of course i will not give you guys up :] So here below i gave you guys 10 steps how to exercise your eye muscles :]

in addition, i put up a skin care type for those who have acne @ Skin Care page.

**10 Steps of Eye Muscles Exercise for Computer Operator

For those who working hours on end in front of computer, eye muscles fatigue is inevitable and here is the remedy !

1. Relax your eyes by slowly close your eye lids
2. Wink fast and repeatedly
3. With head straight, glance to the farthest left – 10 times
4. With head straight, glance to the farthest right – 10 times
5. Glance up the ceiling, alternating with down the floor – 10 times
6. Glance at your far left eyebrow, and slowly shift to your right cheeks – 10 times
7. Glance at your far right eyebrow, and slowly shift to your left cheeks – 10 times
8. Turn your eye balls in circular motion, clockwise and anti-clockwise – 10 times
9. Close your eyes, meditating your inhale and exhale until your eye muscles relax
10. Place your index finger over each eyebrow, knead the brow and around the eye socket to ease the muscles.

These 10 steps are effective so try them out :]

I’m trying to work on my Chinese New Year look and still haven’t defined the look yet. So please be patient and hope you guys look for it :] On the other hand, I already have an idea for my nails painting for Chinese New Year, so I will put up when I’ve done it :]

Some of you who are in faculty, we have a PR mid-term exam coming up. So I hope you guys studied hard ! And let’s bring it down together ! ^o^

And finally but not least, those who’ve been watching the Australian Open 2010. I’m kinda sad for Nadal who retired in the quarter finals for knee injuries. >.< Today’s men singles semi-final, Federer vs Tsonga, I felt this match was just pointless. I even cheered for Tsonga whom I thought he might win because his tennis startegies against Djokovic was impressive ! Unfortunately, Tsonga really disappointed me a lot when playing against Federer :[ I felt Federer didn't even sweat a bit to win a straight 3 sets. Like those cheer people said : Tsonga been FEDERELIZED ! hahah love this word !! Oh well, I'm now actually looking forward for the men singles finals, Federer vs Murray ! :] On the other hand, when watching women matches, they aren’t as impressive than the men matches. :[ Well maybe Henin and S. Williams might bring up some good tennis on the table. Let’s hope for that !

Ok finally, back to buzz !! I’ve just put up my new proudy and succesful smokey eyes ! It’s currently up on its own page at Make-up Tutorials. As i have mentioned on that page, I’m trying to move in the old looks i put up on my Beauty >New* but this requires EFFORT and TIME ! so please be patient. It’s not that i’m lazy to do it but the reason is because moving things around is very unconvenient when it’s not my own website that I created. Therefore, it will take time.

I am willing to do a video for this tutorial, however, I do not want to waste too much time on a video if people will not watch it. So I just want you guys to just let me know if you really really want me to do it. I need encouragement. support please >.< Fortunately, if i have motivation to do it sometime next week then maybe i shall do it for y’all :] Please leave comments on my smokey eyes tutorial !
