A tip for healthy skins during this cold season which I noticed while my stay in Europe:

• If you like to shower twice a day, yes you can; however, your skin will dry quicker. Therefore, I suggest you to put on a lot of body lotion all over your body, especially hands, neck and your ankles. Apply as often as you can especially on your hands and your neck because they are mostly exposed to the wind. But I could also suggest to people to shower once a day, especially at night, if you don’t want to get dried skin. It’s all up to you :] I also have to add this when you go shower, make sure you don’t shower too long like 30min for example will be too long if it’s just for washing off thus this will lead to dry skin. On the other hand, if it’s for washing your hair then ok for 30min :]
• Also make sure to wear gloves while you’re out there, this will prevent dry skin too
• Cover up your neck with a thick scarf for preventing from being sick
• Wear a hat or those fluffy stuff that protect your ears is enough too :] I got one of these at the Christmas market in Champs Elisees which is still holding till Christmas day :] The price is 6euros  

The Christmas market is just on the other side of the Champs Elisees monument where the Concorde monument is. They sell plenty of little nice souvenirs stuff from parts of Europe like Switzerland. Good food too ! Also don’t miss out pretty lightings at the market too!

Sai Arai wa ?? HEATTECH !!

“Sai Arai wa?” = “What should I wear?” in Thai was the phrase used every morning since I arrived in London

Because of the cold temperature, my brother found this new kind of clothing to keep you warm enough all day long. It’s called Heattech from Uniqlo, a famous Japanese brand known in London, apparently.

Heattech must be worn as the first layer which means it needs to be worn directly touching your body skin. It will keep you warm and feel good during the day.

Here are the Seven Technologies from the official website that tells you why this new clothing line is so good for cold places.

• Heat Generation
• Heat Retention
• Soft Texture
• Odor Control
  
• Stretchable Comfort
  
• Anti-Static
• Non-Deforming

From my own opinion, I actually like Heattech. Why? Here are some thoughts I said when I experienced it yesterday

• Inside the tube, it was quite hot compared to the outside, I was wearing 5 layers including my huge ass coat excluding my scarf. Let’s note that I was wearing Heattech as one of my tops but my bottom part, I was still wearing normal legging with extra thin legging inside. It was so hot that I had to take off my scarf but I was still sweating. While I was complaining a lot about how hot it was in the tube, I was so scared that I would be sweating a lot. When we stepped out from the station, I noticed that although I was sweating a lot, I did not feel any wetness around places I sweat the most, whereas around my lower body, when the wind passed through my legs, i felt some coldness around areas I sweat the most.

Aite, that’s just one example that happened to me yesterday and i think that’s a good one :]

Make sure that you wear Heattech directly touching your body then you can wear anything else you want in the outside.

I stopped by Uniqlo last night and all products from Heattech start from 4.99pounds up (sorry no pounds symbol on this comp = =”). I remembered there are some promotions at the moment for christmas starting buying 2 products :]

I think that’s enough for today. I will give you more tips or more advices for you all while I’m experiencing it myself here in London :]

Goodbye Land of the Smiles !

Hi !

I hope people are studying hard for their finals ! And for those who are done… CONGRATS !!! I hope you guys are partying hard ! LOL but please… do not do anything stupid…  XD

Well, I will be gone for about 20 days to Europe >.< So i hope i will also be able to update my blog while being there…i hope i can put up some fashion styles pictures from Londoners and French people XD that would be awesome though hehe !

Anyway… i heard from my friends they encountered some problems with their blackberry well not really a problem but they actually did not know what to do with their phones while they are abroad. because of this, their phone bills were pretty high even though they did not use internet through their phones >.<

so here are the steps you need to know before getting on the plane !!

1. The night before, make sure you go to http://www.ais.blackberry.com and have an account. This website will help you to disable the function of sending your new emails directly to your phone. So after logging in to your account, you will see your email address(es) and click Filter then click “do not forward emails to my device” or sth like that… i don’t remember but I just did it XD
2. On the day of departure, make sure before turning off your phone, go to “Manage Connections” then go to “Mobile Network Options” then “Data Services” has to be “OFF” !
3. Then you’re perfectly safe for your next bill with no extra bahts :]

Hi everyone !

I’m finally free from stressful uni life ! So now I’ve got a few days a free time to update my blog with some exciting fashion trends to my lovely Bangkokians ! Today, I noticed the weather in Bangkok is cooler and I also heard from close ones that in France and UK, it’s getting colder and colder T__T so make sure you guys living there, cover yourself well ! Make sure also to keep your skin protected with body lotion before stepping out of your house ! Lip balm is also essential, so don’t be lazy ! Facial creams could also be useful to prevent your skin face from being dried. Cover your head to prevent from being sick too :]

Rosie’s November Hot Movies Picks !

Hi everyone !

I know some of you are having final exams so good luck to you all ! Don’t get too stressed or unexpected things could just happen! Just like it happened to me last night T___T

Anyway, here are the hot movies I picked for this month ! A must watch if you got the same taste as me :]  I haven’t watch them yet but I’m just most of them are either good or decent. So enjoy them ! I just hope to watch them right after my finals >.<

Winter is on its way !

As we noticed, the cool breeze came across in Bangkok a few times already. So get ready and prepare yourself to take care of your skin more than you usually do ! Because winter season is just BAD for your SKIN >.<

Obviously the weather is good and everything but make sure you cover yourself well because when it’s cold, you usually get sick easily. Plus, when the finals are during this period (why not some other time ?? T_T), people mostly sleep less and less and so they become weak then your body becomes weak too and it cannot fight against any bacteria wondering around just wanting to make people sick = =” lol

Here are some quick tips you can do that only takes a min or two :]

Label: * = a must do !

*Lip balm: Use it as often as you can. Any types or any brands are TOTALLY fine as long as your lips are protected ^^ As you can see from My Beauty Products* page, I use Nivea Lip Care Essential  

*Hand and Body Lotion Cream:

-Body application: apply the lotion day and night especially on your legs because since we live in Bangkok,we usually wear uniform or short shorts/ skirts so our legs are mostly exposed compared to other parts of our body. Also don’t forget to apply on your heels because when exposed to the cool wind, this can also damage your heels to dryness if you wear open shoes !

-Hands: apply lotion as often as you can like whenever you think about it or after washing your hands because we always use our hands. You can buy a big bottle to use @ home, I use from Vaseline. I don’t remember the name. I will tell you when I’m back home later today :] Then you can buy a small bottle like from 7eleven which is cheap and enough to use outside home :]

As for your face, you might want to apply some creams than can prevent from dryness. If you think your skin never was affected by that then fine but if you think your skin gets dry at the end of the day , that means —-> CREAM SAVER PLEASE ! XD

Now let’s look at some fashion tips:

-People in Bangkok usually wear simple jackets that can match with your uniform or casual clothes. I prefer long jackets that go to your knees: Oversized jackets; they are comfy and warm

-Leggings are ok too but I think they aren’t as warm as if you wear skinny jeans like I am right now. Leggings are made of cotton so they are holes in it and obviously you might feel abit cooler or you can buy abit thicker materials but that would be too hot for Bangkok = =” keep those ones if you go abroad like China or Europe since it’s getting colder there ! But I would suggest skinny jeans here :]

-Thin scarfs can also be useful too. It can be used as to cover your neck (cover your neck is super essentials if you don’t wanna get a sore throats !)  or used as for an accessory. But I would recommend more silk materials ones are good because they keep you warmer than just those summer-like scarfs. Silk ones can be used ALL the times not only for winter season.  

I will put up some pictures later today the stuff I used all the times and stuffs I just mentioned above so that you can have a brief idea of what I meant. I shall also take a picture of what i’m wearing today.

“It’s a BB, so what?”

Sometimes, some “copied” phones can be very well done just like this BB. Can you guess which one isn’t a real BB? LOL Yeah? Isn’t it obvious? I was impressed by it but the screen of it is still not that good :S Oh well, I just think it’s good enough :] Well, as long as the phone looks good enough and easy to use then I wouldn’t mind using it but obviously would not use it in the long run because I might feel abit awckward not having a real one when using it in public :p I guess the manufacturer is getting better and better at making a phone that is very close enough to a real one *clap clap*

I saw a couple of mobile phones made from China. Yes they are affordable but the design was obviously a fake one. Other people can definitely tell the differences between a real one and a fake. Unfortunately, I do not support the fake mobile phones at all. I believe that if you want to use a decent phone for a long term, I believe when possessing something that is from the actual shop but the model may be out dated, at least you would not feel awckward in public, right? Well my dad, or people of his generation, may be against my position because they just think: ‘as long as it’s affordable and easy to use then i’m happy enough’ BUT obviously you would want to change your phone after six months to a year because you will get bored of it compared to a real one. :] isn’t it abit of a waste of money?

It can be funny for some other group people, I would think they want to buy many different models because at least they know they owned almost all the kind of mobile phones existed in this planet, isn’t that abit ironic? haha well, if you think this way, then why not buy all the phones selling in the market? Go ahead and let me know how many phones you owned after, let’s say 10 years? lol

For those who think the same as me, please continue to support the actual brands no matter who they are :] They deserve it for their hard work in finding the best, fastest, most convenient, nice designs and many more features that you can think of for a mobile phone. :]  

So anyway I apologize for being behind in my updates >.< My finals are in the process so I don’t have much time in writing in my blog because there is a HELL lot of things to read for each damn subject T___T the good news is that I always think of my BLOG and people who come visit it !!! I totally appreciate for the ones who come check !! ^o^
